Mohammad Razvi was born in 1971 in Pakistan. He immigrated to the United States as a small child in the late 1970s, and his family settled in the Sheepshead Bay neighborhood of Brooklyn. He started several businesses in the Midwood neighborhood of Brooklyn following his marriage to his wife, and founded the Council of Peoples Organization (COPO) after the September 11 Terrorist Attacks in 2001. Through COPO, engagement with law enforcement agencies, and participation in research regarding hate crimes, he worked to provide support to Muslim and immigrant communities.
Liane Salgado is a retired permaculture designer who trained in ecology and GIS at UNC and the University of Michigan (MS), and by working since the 1980s with numerous talented people on landscapes and lifestyles that work with nature to produce what humans need. She created and maintains a productive food forest near Carrboro, NC, and has designed pre-schools, suburban, and rural parcels. In the process, she found that emotional and social intelligence are the keys to productive redesign, and she wants to share all of these interests with Twin Hearts to move their projects forward.
Andrea Jackson has a broad career in the insurance industry spanning several roles. From beginning as a multi-line claims adjuster, managing a team of workers' compensation adjusters and clerical staff, serving as an Account Manager for high-profile insureds, and providing medical management analysis & cost containment strategies for medium- to large-sized employers.
On a personal note, she is a volunteer musician and Board member for her community church, and volunteer for a veteran's organization as their Education/Scholarship Outreach Coordinator.
Patricia is an accounting and operations professional with 20+ years of experience in multiple industries. Originally from Puerto Rico, she graduated with a Masters degree in Professional Accounting from "the U”. She’s the owner of Collab Culture, LLC, a boutique advisory firm that provides collaborative accounting services and tax preparation to individuals and small businesses. Patricia has known Christina and Catherine since 2019 and is super excited to collaborate alongside them in this new venture! In her free time, Patricia enjoys working as a volunteer with the Hispanic community near her home in the Graham/Mebane area.
