Twin Hearts, Inc. was founded in 2023 by Christina Vad and Catherine Coley who, through first-hand experience, recognized the need for a local organization dedicated to helping individuals to navigate the difficult world of their families life care challenges. 

Our team is made up of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of those we serve. From case managers to outreach workers, we work together to provide comprehensive support to our clients.
